Get a taste of my teaching style with these recorded flows. They're great for yogis of all levels and there's a flow for every mood. Decide if you'd like to try out the weekly classes in community or if weekly or monthly 1:1 sessions might be a better fit for you. These offerings range from energizing flows to gentle restorative practices to fluid mindful flows. About Me
From New England to Chicago to West Africa, Atlanta, and now the Caribbean- yoga has been a consistent anchor and embodiment practice in my life. The study and practice of yoga and meditation have helped me find freedom and safety in my mind and body and I'm honored to share the medicine of movement, breath, and self awareness with you. I offer virtual group classes and am available for 1:1 yoga instruction and reiki sessions. I have experience teaching kids yoga and am available for events, workshops, and retreats.

An intuitive flow intended to help you get out of your mind and ground into your body. It begins with a meditation and mindfulness exercise and ends with a chakra balancing reiki infused meditation. I hope this flow helps you to calm, ground and center.
